Senior Pastor. JOHN SOWERS
John Sowers has been the pastor at First Pres since 2007. Previously he pastored in Memphis, Tennessee. He is a graduate of Whitworth University and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is married to Jen and they have two adult daughters, Kate and Emilie.
Associate Pastor. BETSY WYNNE
Betsy Wynne began serving at First Pres as Associate Pastor for Congregational Care in 2012. Ordained in New Jersey in 2006, she has served churches in Philadelphia, Aberdeen (Scotland), and across eastern Washington. Her husband Jeremy teaches at Whitworth University, and their children Hannah and Asher are in high school.
